Privacy Policy

Rise is a CRM for managing leads generated through Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users and businesses using Rise.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use Rise:

• Account details such as name, email address, login provider, and user ID.
• Business connection details such as connected Facebook Pages, lead forms, and related identifiers.
• Lead information imported from Meta lead forms, including name, phone number, email, form answers, campaign source, and timestamps.
• CRM activity such as lead stages, notes, assignments, call or WhatsApp action status, and conversion status.
• Technical information such as browser type, device information, authentication state, and security logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Authenticate users and protect access to Rise.
• Import, display, organize, and update leads from connected Meta assets.
• Help teams contact leads, track lead stages, and measure conversions.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.
• Comply with applicable platform policies, legal obligations, and user requests.

Meta Platform Data

When a user connects Facebook, Rise may request permissions to access Pages, lead forms, and lead data that the user is authorized to manage. We only use Meta Platform Data to provide CRM functionality, lead import, lead management, and related reporting requested by the connected business.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate Rise, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with the customer’s direction.

Data Storage and Security

Rise uses Firebase services for hosting, authentication, and data storage. We use access controls and security rules designed to restrict information to authenticated and authorized users. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect account and lead data.

Data Retention

We retain account, business, and lead information for as long as needed to provide Rise, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations. Customers may request deletion using the instructions on our User Data Deletion page.

Your Choices

You may disconnect Facebook access from your Meta account settings, request deletion of your Rise data, or contact us to correct or remove information where applicable.
