Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Rise, a CRM product for importing and managing leads from Meta platforms. By using Rise, you agree to these terms.

Use of Rise

Rise is intended for businesses and authorized team members who manage leads, customer communication, and conversion tracking. You are responsible for ensuring that your users, connected accounts, Pages, ad accounts, and lead forms are authorized for use with Rise.

Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized use.

Connected Services

Rise may connect to third-party services such as Firebase, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business tools, WhatsApp links, and related APIs. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, and platform requirements.

Customer and Lead Data

You are responsible for having the necessary rights, notices, consent, and lawful basis to import, store, contact, and process lead data in Rise. You agree not to upload or use data in a way that violates law, platform rules, or the rights of any person.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Rise for spam, fraud, unlawful marketing, or unauthorized contact.
• Attempt to bypass security, access another user’s data, or misuse connected APIs.
• Interfere with the operation, availability, or integrity of Rise.
• Use Rise in violation of Meta, Firebase, Google, WhatsApp, or other connected platform policies.

Service Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Rise as the product evolves. We may also update these terms when needed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

Rise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, or continued access to third-party APIs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rise and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data.
